- If I already own a Britax Marathon car seat, can I buy just the car seat cover as an accessory item? Yes, we are now offering this option on our website. Please click on the school of your choice and you will now see a second choice to purchase a collegiate car seat cover set for $84.99.
- Are there any Sales Taxes for purchased items? Only covers and car seats that are shipped to North Carolina and Pennsylvania will incur sales tax.
- Who makes your car seat covers? All of our car seat covers are manufactured by Britax Child Safety, Inc and are constructed of a superior fabric made by MicroFibres in Winston, Salem, North Carolina that is called Jaguar. Our covers are incredibly comfortable and are comprised of a fabric that is sturdier than any non-collegiate pattern that Britax offers.
- What is the status of your expansion plans for new schools in 2010? We are planning to add new schools to our collegiate program in Q4 2010.

Payment Information
For your shopping convenience, Toddler Teams accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We only accept credit card orders with a billing address located within the United States.
We are required by law to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where Toddler Teams has established offices. This policy applies to anyone shipping merchandise to an address in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Your credit card information is safe with Toddler Teams. We incorporate a variety of electronic and procedural security measures to protect and to secure all of the personal and financial information that we collect. Do not include a credit card number in any emails to us.
Secure Sockets Layering (SSL)
Our website uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) 128-bit to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone. We utilize SiteSafe™ that is provided by Network Solutions as our preferrred SSL Provider.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE. We use either FedEx Standard and UPS Ground for shipping car seats anywhere within the continental United States.
Locations that we do not ship to at this current time
We do not offer expedited shipping, shipping to any foreign countries, or shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Notification and Emails
After you place your online order, we will send you a confirmation email from Toddler Teams. You can expect to receive this email within one hour of your purchase, if an accurate email address has been provided to us. It will include a list of the products you ordered, an order number, the address that the shipment will be sent to, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. Please double check this information to ensure that your order has been successfully received. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This will list the status of all items ordered, date of processing, shipping method, and will include a FedEx Standard or UPS Ground tracking number.
Order Fulfillment Expectations
For all stocked items, your convertible car seat will shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and you can expect delivery via FedEx Standard or UPS Ground in an additional 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address for your shipment.
Out-of-stock Merchandise
All of our car seats are custom built, so customers can expect punctual delivery of them in 5-6 weeks to their desired shipping address, if we do not have any inventory of your particular product.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please immediately call or email us with specific information regarding your products. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department at 866-543-3267 before returning any products of this nature.
Amazon FBA will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Product Registration
You can register your new Britax products via two methods: 1) register online at BritaxUSA.com or 2) complete the warranty card that is attached to your new convertible car seat and mail it back to Britax. Only one of these two methods of registration is required. If you have any additional questions about this process, please contact Britax Child Safety, Inc. at 888-427-4829.
Technical Questions about Britax Products
All technical questions about your convertible car seats and booster car seats must be directed to a representative directly at Britax, so please phone their consumer services department at 1-888-427-4829. They can assist in answering questions including installation and product specifications.
